The property is located in the eastern Berlin district of Lichtenberg. The location at Ostkreuz railway station provides excellent connections to the rest of the city as well as long-distance traffic and is the busiest commuter train station in Germany. The direct proximity to the station as well as the popular residential area of Friedrichshain, with its extensive gastronomy and leisure facilities, makes this building very attractive to office tenants.
Prior to acquisition the property wasn’t managed to full potential and had a high vacancy rate. Now under new ownership and management the building has been fully let through renovation and active asset management.
