A U-shaped complex over seven floors creating 149 furnished residential units are planned for temporary housing needs. he flats will be fully equipped, rented out “ready to move in only with a suitcase” and are accessible to any group of people without restrictions. The green and playfully landscaped inner courtyard will be accessed from the basement via a generous external staircase and stepped plant beds.
